Converting Insights into Targeted Customer Value

This workshop brings together a cross functional team to convert the customer insights that emerged from customer observations and interviews into innovative products, experiences, solutions, ideas or business models. The team applies an Outside-In framework and Design Thinking principles and follows a structured and collaborative path to generate multiple ideas for solutions that stretch innovation beyond obvious or  existing categories. They then select the most viable ideas, on the basis of agreed upon criteria, and construct a visual prototype of it which they will test with customers. The process harnesses, synthesizes and focuses the collective talents, points of view and skills of your team and introduces team-based modes of discovery and development.
